OLV olive oil is made with the finest Arbequina, Picual, Picudo and Cornicabra olives without using any fertilizers, chemical pesticides, additives or preservatives.
The mill is in the Southern Spanish region of Albacete, surrounded by the nature reserve in the Sierra de Alcaraz.
Our special blend of Picual, Cornicabra, Picudo and Arbequina results in a genuine, balanced olive juice with great stability, robust texture and green-fruity flavour based on fresh grass with hints of tomato and almonds. It also has a pleasant spicy and bitter flavour.
OLV is best enjoyed to dress salads, vegetables and bread.
It is produced only through mechanical processes and cold extraction, under the supervision of CAAE and the European Union
This oil has consistently won awards in Spain and Germany, Gold, Silver, and Top 10 over the last several years.
